At SoulFix™, you won’t be expected to perform, lead the room, take care of everyone else, or show up as the most polished version of yourself. The retreat is thoughtfully structured and gently guided from start to finish, so you’re never responsible for keeping things moving. That frees you to simply be present, receive support, and allow yourself to enjoy the experience. Connection will be warmly encouraged, and your privacy will always be honored.
SoulFix™ is not clinical therapy, and you’ll never be asked to disclose personal information or share more than feels right for you. This is your opportunity to be part of the experience without feeling responsible for carrying it.

Hi, I'm La Tanya
I created SoulFix™ for women who are used to being the dependable one; women who keep showing up, taking care of what needs to be done, and looking after everyone else, even when they are the ones who truly need a break. I know that woman well because I have been her.
SoulFix™ Costa Rica is more than a getaway to a beautiful place. It is a thoughtfully designed wellness retreat featuring guided meditation, facilitated conversations around wellness, reflective exercises, intentional group experiences, time to explore Costa Rica, and protected space to simply rest.
My background in mental health, wellness, and leadership informs how I hold space for this experience. Every part of the retreat has purpose and flow, without feeling like another item on your to-do list. I will guide the conversations, practices, and transitions so you do not have to plan what is next, lead the room, or hold it all together.
My hope is that you leave Costa Rica feeling rested, clearer, and more connected to yourself, equipped with meaningful experiences and practical wellness tools you can bring home.
