Psychotherapy & Support Groups for Women experiencing depression, anxiety and life transitions
Sometimes it helps to talk with women who recognize the pressure of being someone others count on. At Authentic Perspectives Mental Health Counseling & Wellness Center, our online therapy and support groups offer space to speak honestly, understand your experiences, and develop practical ways to support your well-being. Whether you’re managing a demanding career, caring for others, or moving through a difficult season, groups provide opportunities for connection, reflection, and support around shared concerns.

Understanding Our Group Options
Focused care and connection with other women.
Online group therapy provides structured clinical treatment for women located in Florida. Each group addresses specific mental health concerns through therapeutic discussion, skill development, and guided practice. We’ll work toward the group’s treatment goals while giving attention to how these concerns affect your everyday life.
Online support groups emphasize shared experiences, emotional support, and practical learning. Guided conversations give women room to discuss what they’re navigating, hear different perspectives, and explore topics such as boundaries, relationships, and life changes.
Each offering explains its purpose and who it is designed to support.
Groups are kept small to allow room for participation and conversation. Members are asked to respect one another’s privacy and follow shared participation guidelines. Before you join, we’ll review the group’s focus and enrollment requirements. Therapy groups require a pre-group assessment to determine whether the group is appropriate for your clinical needs.
Topics Our Groups May Explore
Depending on the offering, topics may include:
-
Anxiety, overthinking, and perfectionism
-
Depression and emotional disconnection
-
Stress, burnout, and emotional exhaustion
-
Boundaries, self-worth, and relationship concerns
-
Grief, loss, and life transitions
-
Faith, leadership, and the pressure of responsibility
Group offerings, schedules, fees, and enrollment requirements vary throughout the year. If you don't see a group below that support your needs, contact APCWC to learn about upcoming groups and discuss the option that interests you.

A Unique Approach to Online Group Therapy
As a business owner and entrepreneur for more than 20 years, I understand the pressure to remain responsive, capable and in control, even when anxiety is operating beneath the surface.
I bring that real world understanding together with CBT-based psychotherapy to help participants examine how worry, perfectionism, over-functioning and fear of mistakes affect their work, relationships and overall well-being.
Each session is structured, clinically focused and designed to support meaningful group interaction, practical skill development and real-world behavioral change.
