Strong & Steady™ is a 6-week virtual group for Christian women in leadership who carry significant responsibility across home, church, family, and professional spaces—and are beginning to feel the cost of always being the dependable one.

These women are not falling apart. They are overloaded. The constant decision-making, emotional labor, visibility, and unspoken expectations create chronic stress that often surfaces as anxiety, leadership fatigue, imposter thoughts, burnout, or quiet discouragement.
