Christian Counseling for Women

ORLANDO, FL ·  TELEHEALTH THROUGHOUT FLORIDA

Evidence-Based Christian Counseling

When you’re accustomed to leading, serving, and being dependable, decisions about boundaries, rest, and change can feel complicated. Your faith may be central to those decisions, along with questions about responsibility, relationships, and what comes next.

At Authentic Perspectives Mental Health Counseling & Wellness Center, I offer Christian counseling for women who want professional support for anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, and life changes while honoring their Christian faith.

Here, you can give attention to your emotional health, work through difficult experiences, and consider your needs alongside the commitments you value.

Begin with a Comprehensive Assessment

How Faith Integrates With Therapy

We’ll consider what you’re experiencing within the context of your life: your relationships, work, culture, responsibilities, and faith. Together, we’ll explore the beliefs and patterns influencing your emotional well-being and identify what you want to change.

Clinical care may include Person-Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other clinically appropriate approaches. These approaches help guide our work as we address your concerns and develop practical ways to respond.

Biblical principles, Scripture, prayer, and faith-based resources may be thoughtfully incorporated according to your preferences and treatment goals. There is room for honest questions, uncertainty, and reflection as we work through what matters to you.

Virtual Care for Women in Florida

Individual sessions are offered through private, HIPAA-compliant telehealth for women located in Florida. You’ll meet with me online from a private setting where you can speak comfortably and focus on your care.

We’ll discuss how often to meet based on your clinical needs and goals.

Taking the First Step

Your first appointment is a Comprehensive Assessment. We’ll talk about what brings you to counseling, your relevant history, what you hope to change, and how you would like faith included in the process.

This helps us determine whether my services are appropriate for your needs and establish a personalized plan for care.
